As founder, Kevin brings unmatched industry insight and sharp creative strategy to every session. Alexa Olivier is a choreographer, dancer, and creative director whose work blends powerful physicality with expressive storytelling. She started performing professionally at thirteen and has worked with major artists including John Legend, Saweetie, and Wisin y Yandel, plus brands like Pepsi, Adidas, and World of Dance.

For more than six years she has mentored dancers nationwide through conventions and workshops, helping artists explore individuality, sharpen their materials, and build sustainable creative careers. Alexa is also an accomplished video director and editor, bringing cinematic vision to every project. At 1:1 Dance Consult, she offers honest insight, strategic guidance, and the tools dancers need to move forward with clarity.

Caroline is a multi-hyphenate artist with credits including A Star Is Born, The L Word: Gen Q, and Lady Gaga's Super Bowl Halftime Show. With a background in choreography, movement coaching, styling, and certified makeup artistry, she helps clients align every part of their creative identity—from stage presence to camera-ready looks. She's also the creator and host of SOYEAH The Podcast, where creativity and real talk collide. Whether you're prepping for an audition, shoot, or building a brand, Caroline brings expert guidance and vision to help you show up fully expressed.

Christos is a dynamic multi-hyphenate—dancer, choreographer, creative director, and educator—who turned self-taught roots into a thriving international career. Originally from Ontario, Canada, he trained in Toronto and relocated to LA in 2022, quickly booking The Grammys, America’s Got Talent LIVE, Disney’s Zombies 3, Pentatonix, Bad Bunny, Daya, and more. He has assisted choreography on Amazon’s The Boys (S3) and The Next Step (S10). At 1:1 Dance Consult, he helps clients refine their craft, navigate the industry with confidence, and turn potential into opportunity.

Jenna is a dancer, choreographer, and creative artist from North Bay, Ontario. She spent 14 years competing before launching her commercial career, touring as an Elite Protégé with The Pulse Dance Convention, training in Los Angeles with Rhapsody James, and performing three seasons with the Toronto Raptors’ North Side Dance Crew. She has appeared in music videos for Drake (Nokia) and Shawn Desman (Body), and this fall joins Desman’s national Back to Life Tour. At 1:1 Dance Consult, she guides dancers in audition prep, stage presence, and creative direction.

Maryann is a dance educator and industry mentor with more than 25 years of experience training dancers across the United States. She specializes in jazz, tap, lyrical, contemporary, tumbling, and acrobatics, helping performers translate strong studio foundations into real opportunities.

As the founder of Innovative Fusion, she brings professional workshops directly to dancers nationwide while drawing on credits with Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Capones, the film From Justin to Kelly, and performances alongside Styx and Sting.

A longtime judge and convention educator for ADA, NTG, VIP, Heat, Motiv8, and Bravo, she has helped choreograph and mentor dancers at the national competition level for over two decades. She also mentors dancers interested in convention assistant training, helping them understand how the assistant system works, what conventions look for, and how to position themselves professionally for assistant opportunities.

At 1:1 Dance Consult, Maryann guides artists through audition preparation, professional materials, Broadway and musical theater pathways, convention assistant training, and the journey into college dance teams and collegiate programs.

Megan is a professional dancer and Certified Holistic Nutritionist (CNP) who helps artists fuel their bodies for performance and longevity. With firsthand experience in the studio and on stage, she understands the demands dancers face—and how nutrition impacts energy, recovery, and injury prevention. At 1:1 Dance Consult, she blends evidence-based nutrition with practical strategies to support health, build confidence in the kitchen, and help dancers feel energized in and out of rehearsal.

Sloan is a renowned dancer and fitness professional known for blending artistry, strength, and longevity. Originally from Phoenix, she earned her first national title at 17 before moving to Los Angeles, where she began performing with Lady Gaga, appearing in four world tours and the Enigma Las Vegas residency. Her credits span Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber, Nicki Minaj, Rosalia, Kelly Clarkson, and Gwen Stefani. At 1:1 Dance Consult, she helps dancers build strength, prevent injury, and develop sustainable training habits that enhance both performance and well-being.

Vince Truspin is a professional photographer whose work focuses on helping artists and professionals present themselves with clarity, confidence, and authenticity. Since launching his career in 2001, he has photographed more than 10,000 clients and built a reputation for images that are both polished and genuine. A graduate of the Hallmark Institute of Photography, his work has appeared in GQ, Forbes, Women’s Health, Men’s Fitness, Flaunt, and Marie Claire.

A professionally trained dancer, Vince understands the demands of auditions and how to capture personality alongside professionalism. His headshot and branding sessions are designed to keep clients comfortable, confident, and ready for the next opportunity.
