This Privacy Policy describes how Kreative Fruition Inc., doing business as 1:1 Dance Consult™ (“we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and protects personal information obtained through our website, booking platforms, and consulting services.
By visiting our site or engaging in our services, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
1:1 Dance Consult™ is a creative consulting and mentorship platform owned and operated by Kreative Fruition Inc., a registered corporation based in the United States. All client communications, transactions, and data are processed under the legal entity Kreative Fruition Inc.
2. Information We Collect
We collect both personal and non-personal information to provide and improve our services.
Personal Information may include:
- Name, email address, and contact details
- Booking details, session selections, focus areas, client goals, age or guardian information when relevant, and consultant assignments
- Payment and transaction information processed through secure booking and payment systems
- Client profile information, intake answers, support messages, newsletter preferences, marketing preferences, and consent choices
- Session-related materials or notes voluntarily shared by clients, including reels, resumes, headshots, audition materials, websites, social links, and written goals
- Session audio, transcripts, summaries, action items, prep notes, follow-up drafts, recommendations, and related service outputs created from your session
Non-Personal Information may include:
- Browser type, IP address, device information, approximate location, referring page, and visit timestamps
- Website analytics, cookie data, campaign parameters, page views, form starts, form submissions, booking clicks, resource usage, and similar behavior signals used to improve service and marketing performance
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Schedule, deliver, and improve 1:1 sessions and services
- Communicate session details, resources, or updates
- Process secure payments and issue receipts
- Transcribe sessions, generate summaries, maintain client-profile continuity, personalize recommendations, prepare draft follow-ups, and enhance the guidance, resources, and support information we provide
- Route intakes, forms, materials, support requests, newsletter preferences, consent choices, and operational tasks through our command center systems
- Analyze site traffic, measure marketing performance, improve user experience, and, when permitted, create or measure advertising audiences
- Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
We do not sell or rent client session notes, transcripts, uploaded materials, private goals, or client-profile records. Some analytics, advertising, or cookie-based sharing may be considered “sale” or “sharing” under certain privacy laws. Where required, we provide opt-out controls and honor supported privacy signals.
4. Concierge Intelligence Systems, Session Transcription, and Human Review
We use Concierge Intelligence systems and automated tools to enhance our services, including personalization, session preparation, audio transcription, summaries, client-profile continuity, recommendations, draft follow-ups, resources, operational routing, and other information we provide to clients and consultants.
Unless we state otherwise in writing, sessions are transcribed by default. The transcription process captures and processes session audio so our systems can understand what was discussed and generate useful service outputs. No session video is captured by our default transcription workflow.
By booking, attending, or participating in a session, you understand and agree that your session audio may be processed for transcription and Concierge Intelligence service purposes. If other participants are present, you are responsible for ensuring they understand that the session may be transcribed.
Our default transcription and support workflow is automated. We do not routinely have humans listen to session audio or manually review transcripts. Human review or intervention may occur only when reasonably necessary, including when something is flagged by our systems, when support or troubleshooting is needed, when a client or consultant requests review, when required for safety, security, legal, compliance, or dispute-resolution purposes, or when needed to provide or improve the requested service.
Because transcripts are generated from audio, they may contain errors, omissions, or misinterpretations. Summaries, recommendations, and related outputs are support tools and should be reviewed for accuracy before being relied upon.
5. Data Sharing
Data is shared only when necessary to complete transactions, deliver our services, support Concierge Intelligence workflows, maintain operations, comply with law, prevent abuse, respond to disputes, honor your preferences, or operate secure booking, payment, storage, communication, transcription, analytics, and automation systems.
Secure booking and payment systems may create records when someone reaches a checkout or scheduling step; incomplete or uncaptured payment records do not necessarily mean a booking was completed.
6. Data Protection
We implement industry-standard security measures to safeguard your information. Access to personal data is limited to authorized members of the Kreative Fruition team, verified consultants, and trusted operational systems needed to operate or support the services described in this policy.
All payment data is encrypted and processed through secure third-party systems compliant with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards).
7. Client Materials Lifecycle
Submitted session materials are designed to be temporary. Unless retention is required or permitted for legal, tax, security, dispute, operational, or business-record reasons, session materials are deleted 7 days after the related session is completed or cancelled by default.
Clients may request immediate deletion of submitted session materials when that feature is available in the client profile, or by contacting hello@1on1consult.org. Deletion may remove stored files while retaining limited audit metadata, such as the fact that a deletion request occurred, the date, and the operational status of the request.
8. Your Rights and Choices
You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Correct or update your information
- Request deletion of your data or close your client profile, except where retention is required or permitted by law, tax, security, fraud-prevention, dispute, operational, or business-record needs
- Withdraw consent for communications or marketing
- Decline optional analytics and marketing communications where available
- Limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable
Requests can be made through available self-service profile tools or via hello@1on1consult.org. Where required, we will verify your request before acting on it and respond within the timeline required by applicable law.
9. Newsletter and Platform Preferences
You may choose which 1:1 communications you receive, including Platform Updates, Momentum Starts Here, Midweek Moves, and Inside 1:1. Preference updates sync to your communication preferences so your choices remain consistent across our email system.
Transactional messages related to bookings, payments, privacy requests, support, service delivery, or account operations may still be sent even if you opt out of marketing newsletters.
10. Cookies and Analytics Choices
Our website may use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, and behavior tracking to keep forms and bookings working, understand visitor journeys, and improve the experience. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though this may affect site performance.
Optional analytics is consent-based where required. We do not sell or share personal data, and sensitive session notes, transcripts, private goals, uploaded materials, and raw client-profile details are never sent to advertising platforms.
For minors and under-13 users, behavioral advertising is blocked by default. Guardian or age-related routing may be used to make sure the correct privacy path applies.
Where required, we honor Global Privacy Control signals and keep optional tracking off.
11. Data Retention
We retain client data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, comply with legal obligations, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, and support the services requested. Session notes, transcripts, summaries, and related records are stored securely and may be deleted upon request unless retention is required or permitted for legal, tax, security, operational, dispute, or business-record purposes.
12. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may include links to external sites or third-party tools for booking, payment, secure storage, communication, transcription, analytics, or automation. These platforms have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
13. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised effective date.
